Upper Island is in it's second season of the Vancouver Island Premier League (VIPL). The league will operate in three age groups U14 (1999), U15 (1998) and U16 (1997) boys and girls starting this fall. Upper Island will field two (2) regionally-based teams in each age group and gender, a total of 12 teams, six (6) girls and six (6) boys.
