every WWO title will be defended at every ppv what ever the match the champion and the challenger or challengers must be ready if a champion cant make the ppv he will be stripped but will be giving a rematch at a later date. WWO titles can be defended at rage as many times as i see fit but only once per show. to earn a rematch if you have lost your WWO title you will need to have a successful title defense win this stops the titles being contested by the two same people. if you quilify for a rematch you have a 32 day priod to announce when u want your rematch but the type of match and stipulations are decided by WWO.
