Instructions for Volunteers
Please review to look for your child's/childrens's names
If you can not work at your assigned time, it is your repsonsibility to find a replacement . Swaps are allowed .
Older siblings ( at least 14 yrs) can do your volunteer assignment
Please show up on time
Please come motivated !

The following guidelines were used:
- Every child in the program gets a volunteer assignment. If you have more than one child in the program, you will get more than one assignment
- Assistant coaches and team moms- if you have more than one child in the program, you will get another assignment
- Please be flexible - football games don't always start or end on time, also, you might be assigned one job, but if we are very busy in another area, we might ask you to help there.
Job Descriptions :
- Game Day Set Up (For Game Day Set up & take down, please send someone with a healthy back). You will report to either Arlette Brown or Will Mansfield (the e-mail you receive the week of your assignment will confirm) - they will be either at concession stand , hill or field..
- Field Set up - bring out yard markers , chain gang markers to fields
- Announcement tent set up- bring & set up tent, table, PA system, chairs to "announcement" hill
- Put out Signs - parking, concession stand, advertisement banners
- Help in other areas that need help ( merchandise sales, concession stand…)
- Sell 50/50 tickets during your scheduled time
- Merchandise Sales - Report to Linda DeMilt, help set up the display under the pavillion. Sell , sell , sell! Help pack up the merchandise and bring to Linda's car
- Concession Stand - Report on time to concession stand. Bring 2 dozen cupcakes. Sell, sell, sell! If you are on last shift, will do clean up of serving ware.
- Game Day Take Down (For Game Day Set up & take down, please send someone with a healthy back) - Report in to Arlette Brown (can be found between announcement hill and pavillion). At end of last game, Take down all game day equipment- opposite of everything that needs to be done for game day set up.
