MANDATORY VOLUNTEER COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS

Who Does This Apply to:

ALL Volunteers: Board Members, Managers, All Coaches and Team Moms (Shetland and Pinto). For both recreational ball and travel ball.

Compliance criteria must be met in order to assist in the batting cages, dug out or on the field for ALL PRACTICES and GAMES.

***Any person who is found in violation of said requirements will be subject to consequence up and to ejection.***

These requirements are made by the State of Florida and Hillsborough County.

1. Completed Volunteer Application - found under manager/coach forms

2. Completed Code of Ethics Form - found under manager/coach forms

3. Copy of Valid Drivers License

4. Volunteer Training Class through Hillsborough County Parks *FREE and VALID for 2yrs*

*NAYS may be used as an equivalent substitute but why pay when its free, there is an additional fee and the link is www.nays.org/coaches/ 

5. CPR/FIRST AID/AED Class through Hillsborough County Parks *FREE and VALID for 2yrs*

6. Concussion Course Certificate of Completion *FREE Valid 1yr http://www.cdc.gov/concussion/headsup/online_training.html

7. NEW FDLE (Florida Department of Law Enforcement) background check *Valid 1yr *24.00 paid by applicant. *When completing registration and prompted for an email address to submit for results use fhybcompliance@gmail.com* Link: https://web.fdle.state.fl.us/search/app/paymentinfo
