The KYA Football Boosters are composed of parents, coaches and other community members who have an interest in improving and assisting the KYA Football program. The Booster’s primary purposes are providing extra volunteer manpower to support KYA Football operations, fundraising to support the KYA Football programs and promoting KYA Football spirit through positive communication among players, parents, fans, coaches, KYA Sports, & the community.

Sponsorship Packages

Dear Local Business Owner / Community Leader,

Our local youth need your support in their quest to learn the valuable life lessons that can be attained through competitive sports.  Among these lessons are the importance of teamwork, sportsmanship, personal commitment and the art of getting along with others. Through our football program and with the support of community leaders like you, our youth will have an opportunity to realize their potential both on and off the field. 

     The opportunity to develop and improve skills such as speed and hand/eye coordination, while developing the mental aspects of strategic planning and execution, this sport offers our children many great benefits. Keller Youth Association (KYA) Football is a local program that is seeking the support of the community to continue teaching our children how to succeed, how to handle adversity, how to set goals and achieve them. 

     In our Spring 2016 football season, KYA fielded 28 teams with 474 participants from Keller and surrounding cities. In the upcoming 2016 Fall season, KYA Football expects similar participation levels.  The participants range from age 5 through age 12 (K-6) across five (5) age divisions. 

     The season features an eight (8) game schedule that begins with registration from May 2nd through August 4th and team practices beginning the week of August 8th.  The regular season game schedule starts September 10th with games being played at local high school stadiums within Keller ISD.

Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze & Booster sponsorships are available now!

     Because we are a volunteer-based organization with non-profit status, we need support from the local businesses and residents in our community. There are five levels of sponsorship available: Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze and Booster. These sponsorship packages are detailed below.  We also have opportunities for Alumni and a NEW T-Shirt offering.

     NEW this season we are offering a 20% DISCOUNT to sponsors that sign-up for full year, 2-season sponsorship. To qualify, sponsors must pay for the full year (less 20%) at least 2 weeks prior to the first game of the season.

     
Sponsoring a youth sports program is a terrific business decision. In addition to advertising your business, you’ll be contributing to local youth activities and building recognition and goodwill among the families of our community. And your donation is 100% tax deductible!  League sponsorship funds are used to purchase appropriate coaching equipment, uniforms and trophies, as well as provide assistance with operating costs, such as field rentals and referees. And, of course, tax receipts are available for your records.

Platinum Sponsorship Package : $2,500 Single Season or $4,000 Full Year

This is the ULTIMATE sponsorship package offered by KYA Football, as it provides a premium level of visibility available in support of the organization and its marketing and community engagement goals. Only two (2) sponsors will be available at this level with the following benefits included:

• Two (2) – 4’ x 8’ color vinyl advertising banner to be displayed at all games

Unlimited sponsors will be available at this level and the following benefits included:

T-Shirt Sponsorship Package : $250 - $425 (New!)

This sponsorship package offers visibility via our league t-shirt which will be provided to all participants free of charge and supports the seasonal operating costs. Only eight (8) sponsors will be available at this level and the following benefits included:
