2020 Season Facts & Information:


Player Division Birthdate Ranges:

6u  Division (5 & 6 Yr Old): 1/1/2013 - 12/31/2014

8u  Division (7 & 8 Yr Old): 1/1/2011 - 12/31/2012

10u Division (9 & 10 Yr Old): 1/1/2009 - 12/31/2010

12u Division (11 & 12 Yr Old): 1/1/2007 - 12/31/2008

14u Division (13/14 Yr Old): 1/1/2005 - 12/31/2006
 
 
REGISTRATION - Online Registration will be begin in October through December 31, 2019. Payment can be made during the Online Registration process by Credit Card (add'l $5.00 Online Processing Fee will be added) or a Check can be mailed in with the Registration Form that is printed during the Online Registration "Check Out." For those that wish to Register "In-Person", there will be a few "Walk-in Registration" dates scheduled. Those dates will be posted on our Website when confirmed.

Registration Fee for the 2020 Season is $130 for ages 9 and older. For ages 8 and under, your Registration Fee is $110. There is a $10 Family Discount for each additional Sibling you Register. Registrations received after December 31, 2019 will be charged a $25 Late Fee. We will also be accepting Registration at Skills Assessments - there will be a $25 Late Fee (per Player) added. 

Take advantage of our "Early Bird" Online Registration. When you register Online between October 1st and December 1st, you will receive a $10 discount off the Registration Fee.

Note: All Documents and Forms must be received by January 31, 2020 in order for your daughter to be placed on a team. Players will not be allowed to participate in Games until full payment is received.


SKILLS ASSESSMENT - Mandatory for all Players 9 years and older. Players who do not attend will be placed on a team randomly by "Hat Pick" at the end of the Draft. Any Player that wants consideration for "Draft UP" eligibility in the 10U, 12U and 14U Divisions MUST attend one of the Skills Assessment Days. Ages 7 & 8 year old that wishes to play up a Level must also attend a Skills Assessment. You may attend Both Skills Assessments if you wish. 
 
 
DRAFT NIGHT - Coaches from 10U, 12U, and 14U Divisions meet and pick Players to form their Teams based on data gathered at the Skills Assessment Days. One Player is chosen by each Coach in each round until all girls are selected.

Note: All Players registered for the 2020 Season will be placed on a Team. 


PRACTICES - Begin in February. Generally 2-4 days per week, depending on the player's Division and at the coach's discretion. Practices are held at various fields throughout Santa Rosa.


OPENING CEREMONIES & PICTURE DAY- Early March. Fun, League event to kick off the 2020 Season. All teams come together at the Maria Carrillo High School Gym for their first opportunity to wear uniforms, present team banner for competition and show off their team spirit with a cheer!

Team & Individual Pictures are usually held in the afternoon on the same day as Opening Ceremonies.


GAMES - Begins in March and continues through May. Most Games are played at Rincon Valley Middle School. There are usually Two(2) Games scheduled each week (Saturdays and one Weekday game). Every effort is made to schedule ALL games at Rincon Valley Middle School, however, occasionally, we may have to relocate a game to a different location. Games are subject to change due to poor weather conditions that render the fields unusable. When this occurs, every effort will be made to reschedule postponed games. This may result in an additional weekday game, or possibly Two(2) Games (Double-header) on a Saturday or a Sunday Game. In the event we encounter many poor weather days, rescheduled games may get pushed back to the end of May and possibly into the first week of June. A change in Field location for rescheduled games may also occur.  

During the season, practices may continue 1-2 times per week, depending on the Player's Division and at the Coach's discretion.
