WINGS EXTINGUISH INFERNO IN DEBUT !Buffalo Wings 2 Inferno Baseball 0 Jake Nowak pitched a 3 hit complete game shutout for the win. Mark Majka was 1 for 2 and got the lone Wings RBI. This game finished in 1 hour and 15 mins. Jon Eric Banach made a sensational assist from left field to double-up a runner off of first base.At no point in time did Inferno advance a runner past second base.The Wings start off the 2005 season with a win.(6/9/05)

CLARENCE TOURNAMENTBuffalo Wings 11 Amherst Bulldogs 10 After one of the sloppiest Wing's games ever played and being down 6 runs in the 6th inning as well as fighting questionable umpire calls, the Wings finally got their act together with a 7 run 6th inning to go on top only to blow the lead in the 7th and win it in the 8th inning. The Wings were also threatened in the last inning when Mark Majka corralled a wild pitch and made a fantastic flip at home to nail the tieing run.Jon Eric Banach got the win in relief and was 2 for 3 and got the go ahead RBI in the 8th.Nick Nolder and Aaron Crowley were each 1 for 3 with an RBI each. Nick Nolder had a triple. Nick Law was 1 for 4 also with a triple and an RBI.Peter Krysztof was 1 for 4 with an RBI.
