2013 Football and Cheer Registration Information

"Academics come first with The Claremont Wolfpack!"
The Claremont Wolfpack and the SGVJAAFC Conference is an academic striving / oriented program, due to this belief and continued academic success, the program will not register any individual that currently (at registration time) obtains a GPA below 2.0 or below an "S" rating. Keep in mind, football teams are filled on a first come basis, please do not let grades hinder your opportunity to participate with the Wolfpack!

Note: Continued for 2013 will be the introduction of credit card and debit card payment options at all registration events.

Note: Unlike other local youth football programs, Claremont has two mandatory fees, registration and the NFL Mania Fundraiser (which if sold as opposed to keeping for self, will ultimately cost nothing out of pocket). Other programs have their registration fees, raffle tickets or other fundraisers and minimally a mandatory team fee payable to their conference entity. Money is tight these days, please ensure you have all the facts in regards to required money out of pocket before deciding on a youth program. Ask all the questions you need, Claremont will be more than happy to answer any and all questions or concerns you may have!

2013 Football and Cheer Registration Fees and Notes:

Jr. Gremlin (Flag) Football Registration Fees: $125

Gremlin thru Midget (Tackle) Football Registration Fees: $195

Cheerleader Registration Fees: $125(PLEASE READ: does not include the cost of the cheer uniform)

Football Registration Fee Inclusions (Included but not limited to):
1. Use of Riddell Revo Speed helmet (All tackle players) *All helmets are recertified on a yearly basis.

2. Use of shoulder pads, game & practice pants, pant pads

3. Football game jersey (Players keep their jersey)
4. Riddell Chin strap (tackle only)

5. Spirit pack (Flag players) *Optional for tackle football
6. Picture package
7. Trophy
8. SGVJAAFC Conference fees
9. Secondary medical insurance
10. Game day EMT service
11. Recertified equipment on a yearly basis
12. City of Claremont and/or Claremont USD field & lighting access (Practices & games)

2013 Fundraiser Notes:

Note: All registration fees do not include the mandatory NFL Mania fundraiser. The fundraiser tickets will be issued and payable at the time of registration, please see the following:

5 NFL Mania fundraiser tickets required, cost: $100
*Tickets issued per immediate family, not per child(ren).

The NFL Mania fundraiser tickets can be sold to family, friends, coworkers at the $20 cost per ticket or you can hold onto the tickets yourself and be eligible to win the prizes listed on the tickets. Tickets will automatically be activated once you have registered and paid in full. *If you sell your tickets, all you pay to participate with Claremont is the registration fee only!

Registration Requirements:
1. Football players will need to be present for weigh-in.
2. Please bring the player / cheerleader birth certificate for age verification purposes.
3. Please provide the latest report card. A 2.0 GPA or "S" rating is required to participate.
4. Please bring a utility bill for residence verification purposes.

5. Football Registration is on a first come basis. Sign up early, don't be left out of the excitement!

Note: The Claremont Wolfpack can sign up players from all surrounding cities, including but not limited to: Upland, La Verne, Pomona, San Dimas, Ontario, Montclair, Chino.

Open Individual Football and Cheer Registration:
The Claremont JAAFC Wolfpack will upon conclusion of the July 12th (5th round) registration date, offer individual football and cheer sign ups starting July 16th, until all teams are filled.

Additional note: The CJAAFC registration cost includes a $5 fee (per registrant) that's mandated by the City of Claremont Youth Sports Committee to cover city field maintenance and upkeep.
