2009 Football and Cheer Registration Dates and Locations
Note: Registration fees are listed at the bottom of the page.
Registration Requirements:
1. Football players will need to be present for weigh-in. 2. Please bring the player / cheerleader birth certificate for age verification purposes. 3. Please provide the latest report card. A 2.0 GPA or "S" rating is required to participate. 4. Please bring a utility bill for residence verification purposes. 5. Football Registration is on a first come basis. Sign up early, don't be left out of the excitement!

The Claremont Wolfpack and the SGVJAAFC Conference is an academic striving / oriented program, due to this belief and continued academic success, the program will not register any individual that currently (at registration time) obtains a GPA below 2.0 or below an "S" rating. Keep in mind, football teams are filled on a first come basis, please do not let grades hinder your opportunity to participate with the Wolfpack!

Open Individual Football and Cheer Registration
The Claremont JAAFC Wolfpack will upon conclusion of the July 16th (5th round) registration date, offer individual football and cheer sign ups starting July 17th to the first day of practice and also during the start of the conditioning practice until all teams are filled or up to September 26th, 2009 (last day to sign up players). For football players, please keep in mind that teams are filled on a first come basis.
2009 Football and Cheer Registration Fees and Notes:
Jr. Gremlin (Flag) Football Registration Fees: $95
Gremlin thru Midget (Tackle) Football Registration Fees: $195

Note: All registration fees do not include the mandatory NFL Mania fundraiser. The fundraiser tickets will be issued and payable at the time of registration, please see the following:
5 NFL Mania fundraiser tickets required, cost: $100
*Tickets issued per family, not per child(ren)
The NFL Mania fundraiser tickets can be sold to family, friends, coworkers at the $20 cost per ticket or you can hold onto the tickets yourself and be eligible to win the prizes listed on the tickets. Tickets will automatically be activated once you have registered and paid in full.
Additional note: The CJAAFC program has terminated the "snack bar participation fee" and also will terminate the requirement to donate soft drinks at the beginning of the season. The termination of these previous fees and collection of drinks is in an effort to minimize additional involvement from families beyond the registration fee and NFL Mania fundraiser.
