Dixie Youth Baseball Tournament
SUB-DISTRICT TOURNAMENTS
The Clover Parks & Recreation Department will host two both the Majors and AAA (Minors) Sub-District Tournaments at Clover Community Park July 6th - 10th. All games will be played at the Clover Community Park. Brackets and game times will be available June 22nd.
MAJORS
Clover will host Region III, comprised of the following teams:

The price of admission will be $4.00 for adults, $3.00 for senior citizens and children ages 7 - 16 and free for children 6 years of age and under on opening night. For the rest of the tournament the price of admission will be $3.00 for adults, $2.00 for senior citizens and children ages 7 -16 and free for children 6 years of age and under. Gates open at 5:00 PM. Printable tournament brackets are available in the 'Handouts' section.
The Clover Parks & Recreation Department is looking for volunteers to assit with ticketing, parking, field maintenance, public address announcing and sing the national anthem. If you are interested in volunteering, please contact Donald Johnson at 222-9493 or djohnson@cloversc.org

Spring 2009 Coach Pitch All-Star Game
The Coach Pitch All-Star Game scheduled to be played on Friday, June 5th at the Clover Community Park has been rained out. The Coach Pitch All-Star Game will be played on Tuesday, June 9th at Roosevelt Park on Field #2.

Spring 2009 All-Star Weekend
ALL-STAR GAMES
The Major League and Minor League All-Star Games will be played on Saturday, May 9th at the Clover Community Park.
Minor League - 11:00 AM on Complex Field #1

PITCH, HIT & RUN
*Due to inclement weather, we will play make-up games on Friday, May 8th. The Pitch, Hit & Run has been re-scheduled and will no longer take place on Friday, May 8th.
Aquafina Major League Baseball PITCH, HIT & RUN provides youngsters across the country an opportunity to participate in an exciting baseball skills competition. This national initiative gives boys and girls, ages 7 - 14, the chance to showcase their pitching, hitting and running abilities. ***This event is open to any child in Clover and the surrounding communities.***
Date: Friday, May 15th
Time: Registration will be held from 5:00 - 5:45pm, Competition will begin at 6:00pm

Cost: FREE, FREE, FREE
HOME RUN DERBY
*Due to inclement weather, we will play make-up games on Friday, May 8th. The Home Run Derby has been re-scheduled and will no longer take place on Friday, May 8th.
Date: Friday, May 15th
Time: Competition will begin at approx. 7:30pm or immediately following the conclusion of the Pitch, Hit & Run competition.
