The team who has field duty must:

* Schedule enough people to set up at 6:00 am.

* Provide someone to man the score board and chains.

* Provide someone to run the PA system in an impartial manner; announce the 50/50 raffle (winner should be called prior to the end of the 4th quarter.

* Find kids to help pick up trash (kids can be given one snack bar item for each bag of trash     collected (trash must be placed in the trash bins, not behind the snack bar).

* Check the bathrooms.

* Sweep out press box.

* Clean the parking lot.

 * This is the agenda for the team who has field duty for the designated home game(s), this is a serious  matter for if we do not comply with the High School we will lose the use our home field facilities.
