Registration Information
Registration fees for the 2009 season are as follows:
NOTE: On July 1st a $25.00 late fee will be added to all registrations.
Football: Flag division = $80.00
All tackle divisions = $125.00
Cheer: Flag = $100
All tackle divisions = $100.00*
*Cheer registration costs does NOT include shoes, bloomers and socks which are required.
Dance: $100.00*
*Dance registration cost does NOT include costume or shoes which are required.
See the 2009 age/weight matrix at the top of this page to determine what division your child qualifies for. Look closely at the age and weight requirements both requirements must be met.
Please bring the following with you:
**The child to be registered.
**Three (3) copies of the child's birth certificate (the one with the seal, not the mother's copy given at the hospital). No, we do not keep prior participants' documents on file.
**Three (3) copies of the child's FINAL report card, showing all four quarters plus the grade assignment for the next school year.
**Payment in full for registration. We accept cash, money orders, credit cards and debit cards. NO personal checks will be accepted.
Physical Form - Please note that EVERY participant is required to have had a physical in the year 2008 in order to participate. The required forms are available in the Forms & Documents section if you wish to complete this task before registering. The forms will also be provided at our registration dates. Please note that you MUST use the forms we provide - Pop Warner is not allowing us to use forms from your doctor or the school this year. Most doctors are willing to fill these out if you drop them off or fax/email them in and pick them up later.
