TEAM MOM COORDINATOR
Team Mom Information Letter
Head Team Mom: Jennifer Brown
Team Mom’s & Dad’s play a very important role in the success of a team.
Some of the duties a team mom or dad may have are:
1) Provide team with a snack schedule and reminders.
2) In charge of volunteers from your team to work the concession stand.
3) Ensure players and parents know when and where games will be played each week.
4) In charge of organizing your team for the team photo at Opening Day Ceremonies.
5) Picking up and passing out uniforms and programs for your team when they arrive.
6) In charge of any fundraising for the league with in your team.
7) Planning end of the year celebration party for your team.
8) Provide communication between coaches, league, parents and players.
We will be having Team Mom & Dad meetings on the following dates:
Micro & U6 Teams– Tuesday October 20th at 6:30pm
U8 Teams – Tuesday October 20th at 6:00pm
U10 Teams – Thursday October 22nd at 6:30pm
U12 Teams – Thursday October 22nd at 6:00pm
U14 & U16 – Thursday October 22nd at 7pm
Open – Tuesday October 20th at 7pm
