******CHANGE IN TRYOUTS******
ACCORDING TO USAV REGULATIONS, WE CANNOT HAVE TRYOUTS FOR HIGH SCHOOL AGE GIRLS UNTIL AFTER THE STATE PLAYOFFS The Tryouts scheduled for Warner Christian on November 14th from 9-10:30 will only be for 10's-14's AAU. The fee for tryouts is still $40.00.
TRYOUTS FOR OUR HIGH SCHOOL AGE TEAMS FOR AAU AND FOR OUR 3 USAV TEAMS will be rescheduled for SILVER SANDS MIDDLE SCHOOL ON Herbert Street in Port Orange on SUNDAY, NOV. 22ND FROM 1-3 P.M. FOR ALL HIGH SCHOOL AGES.
We will still field teams in AAU from 10 and under - 17 and under. We will ALSO field teams in USAV in the 14-15's, 17's, 18's and possibly 16's if numbers permit. The tryout fee will be $40.00 and you must be registered AAU for AAU teams or USAV for USAV teams. You can register AAU by going to www.aausports.org and you can register USAV by going to www.usavfl.org . You must bring your tryout fee, membership cards or number, and a completed and notorized medical release to tryouts. The age groups of 10's and 12's will be exempt from the tryout fee.
Fundraising information can be found on the website. We have 3 different fundraisers this year. We will be selling wreaths, cheesecakes and cookies, and we will still be offering the sponsorship forms. THE WREATH FUNDRAISER IS STILL DUE NOVEMBER 13TH BY 9 A.M. PLEASE EMAIL COUNTS TO CARA SWAYZE cswayze@cfl.rr.com
Selections for teams will be made the day of tryouts and each girl will be notified via email or phone. WE WILL THEN HAVE OUR FIRST MANDATORY CLUB MEETING ON NOV. 23rd at 6:00 p.m. At this meeting everyone's first payment will be due, along with the rest of their post-dated checks. Payments can also be made online before the meeting. Just bring your receipt with you.
Practices will start the week after Thanksgiving, with 2 practices a week being offered.

Athletes trying out for all teams, must bring a notarized copy of the Medical Release Form to try-outs.

In order to try-out for an AAU team, you must register online for AAU, and bring a copy of your AAU membership card to try-outs.

You will need to register with USAV in order to tryout for a USAV team
You must complete your USAV online registration.
