    To receive a refund, all equipment has to be returned. Parent's are requested to speak with their Team moms.

    A. Team mom, (make sure all equipment has been returned)
    B. Team mom will go to Cheer or Football commissioner
    C. Cheer or Football Commissioner will go to board
    D. Refund will be mailed pending board’s decision
