Masters/Triathlon/Open Water Program
The Langley Olympians hosts a masters program for swimmers over the age of 18 in a fun and challenging environment.
If you are interested in getting fit, learning new skills or competing in the Masters’ swim meets this is the program for you.
The group is coached by Adrienne Goodey and Cindy Kempf who bring extensive knowledge of swimming to every practice.
Training Schedule:
Mon/Wed/Fri - 5:15-6:30am (Walnut Grove)
Tues/Thurs - 8:15-9:30pm (Walnut Grove)
Sun - 7:45-9:00am (Walnut Grove)
