    Steve Costello- Head Coach
    As one of the most respected coaches in Nassau County, Steve Costello enters his 17th season as Head Coach of the Generals. During his tenure, Coach Costello has amassed over 300 wins and has led the Generals to 11 League Championships, 9 County Finals appearances, 2 County Championships, 2 Long Island Championships, and the schools only State Championship. During this time Coach Costello has been recognized as Coach of the Year 11 times.
    Many of Coach Costello's players have continued to play baseball after leaving MacArthur. Randy Leek ('95) has been the most successful, playing for many years in the minor league system, reaching the AAA level on numerous occasions. Randy is currently playing for the Long Island Ducks. Coach Costello also has 14 of his former players currently playing at the college level.
    Due to his excellence Coach Costello has also been a coach on the Long Island State Empire State Team for the past 3 years. In 2006 and 2007, the Long Island team won the gold medal. In 2006, two MacArthur players, Dan McDermott and Steve McQuail, were part of the gold medal team.
    Coach Costello is a graduate of the University of Albany, and is the Social Studies Chairperson at MacArthur High School. He played his High School ball at Levittown Memorial High School under legendary Coach Doug Robins. Coach Costello also played for many years in the Stan Musial League, where he was named to the All Star Team 3 times. MacArthur's outstanding results are a credit to Costello's tremendous passion and commitment.


    Vin Causeman- Varsity Assistant
    Coach Causeman enters his 11th season as a member of the MacArthur Baseball Coaching Staff. Coach Causeman has moved his way up, being the Head Coach of the JVB team, the JV team and the Assistant on the Varsity team for the past 5 seasons.
    Coach Causeman is an alumnus of MacArthur High School ('94). As a two-year starter under Coach Costello, he was part of the '93 Long Island Championship Team and the 1994 Undefeated State Championship Team. Coach Causeman received All-League honors in '93, and All-County Honors in '94, as well as being awarded the MVP of the New York State Tournament.
    Coach Causeman was a four-year starter at Stony Brook University under Coach Matt Senk. During his career Causeman was awarded Athlete of the Week honors numerous times, was a participant in the 1995 NY College All-Star game at Yankee Stadium, and as a senior was chosen to be captain. In 1998 Causeman was chosen as 1st team All-Region, 1st team All-NECC, Team MVP, Stony Brook Outstanding Senior, and a finalist as Stony Brook Male Athlete of the Year. During his senior year, Causeman also became Stony Brooks All-Time Leader in Hits and Triples.

    Jordan Dasch- JVA Head Coach
    Coach Dasch is currently in his 4th year as the Head JVA Baseball Coach at MacArthur. This is Coach Dasch’s 7th year overall of being a Head Coach at the High School and the Junior High School level. During the preseason and the postseason he also works as an Assistant on the Varsity Staff.
    Coach Dasch considers himself to be very fortunate to have coached many talented and successful teams during his tenure at MacArthur. He is also extremely proud of his former players that have gone on to have successful Varsity careers and those that are currently playing collegiately.
    Coach Dasch was a three-year varsity starter at John F. Kennedy High School in Bellmore. After High School he went on to receive both his Bachelors and Masters Degrees from Adelphi University in Garden City.
    Coach Dasch is in his 4th year as a physical education and health teacher at MacArthur High School.


    Jason Falck- JVB Head Coach
    Coach Falck is entering his fourth season as a MacArthur baseball coach, and his third season as the JVB coach. Coach Falck played high school baseball for the Chaminade Flyers, and graduated in 1997. Coach Falck attended the University of Richmond and graduated in 2001 with degrees in both political science and secondary education in the area of social studies. Coach Falck began his teacing career in Copiague, where he taught middle school social studies before coming to MacArthur. In 2004, Coach Falck received his Masters degree from Queens College in Special Education. This is Coach Falck's fifth year as a Special Education teacher at MacArthur.
