2009 Post-Season Honors
Congratulations to 5x APP Athlete of The Year, Robby Andrews for ending his career with another National Championship. Robby won the 2009 Nike Outdoor National Championship in the 800m run.

Andrews wins 800m at MOC
Congratulations to Robby Andrews who won the NJSIAA MOC 800m championship in a time of 1:48.66. This is the #1 time in the US this season.
Tom Buffone Wins MVP at FRHSD Championships
Sophomore Tom Buffone, threw his personal best in the discus yesterday en route to winning the FRHSD Championship in that event. For his performance he was recognized as the meet MVP for the throws.
Senior Matt Gabor also ran a great race winning the 3200m run.
DMR - Takes 3rd at Penn Relays
Congratulations to the team of Robby Andrews, Kingsley Prophete, Gary Sparapani, Anthony Menza, and alternate Leighton Harrison for coming in third in the Distance Medley Relay at last weekend's Penn Relays.
Their time of 10:12.78 is the best in the Shore Conference this season and is currently ranked #9 in the country.
