| WHAT IS NFL FLAG FOOTBALL? |

| NFL FLAG Football is a popular five-on-five game of recreation football (with no contact) filled with fun and action. In this game, the offensive team plays for a first down at midfield and a touchdown in the end zone. Running and passing plays are allowed, although there are “no-running zones” at midfield and near each goal line. | HOW MUCH DOES IT COST? |

Fall Flag - The registration fee is $125 per player. $75 for a 2nd child and $50 for a 3rd child. The fee, in part, includes uniform jerseys, flags, mouth guards, football pants, matching belts and socks.
Spring Flag - The registration fee is $50 per player. The fee, in part, includes uniform jerseys, flags, and mouth guards. We do not purchase football pants, matching belts and socks in the spring. |

| HOW FREQUENTLY AND WHEN WILL THE TEAMS PRACTICE AND PLAY? |

Fall Flag - At the beginning of September, we will organize the first general practice and skill sessions. Team assignments will then be made. Thereafter, we expect the teams will be practicing and playing two games per week on Saturday. The season is expected to end by the first week of November. Practices are a half hour preceding the game. There are no other practices allowed.
Spring Flag - At the beginning of April, we will organize the first general practice and skill sessions. Team assignments will then be made. Thereafter, we expect the teams will be practicing and playing one game per week on the same day each week. The season is expected to end by the second week of June. Practices are a half hour preceding the game. There are no other practices allowed. |

| HOW CAN I VOLUNTEER MY TIME AS A PARENT/GUARDIAN? |

| We will periodically send out an email requesting help on various activities which include Uniform Distribution, P,P, and K Competition, and Year End Party. Please reply and help out. It will only take 1 to 2 hours of your time. |
