This list is complied for maintaining I-O-Us provided to players throughout the season. Below are the rules for attaining and using I-O-U rewards.
To attain an I-O-U:
1) An I-O-U can only be awarded by a standing member of the coaching staff.
2) Being short changed at batting practice do to time constraints
3) Donating your own time for the benefit of your players (ie: catching pitchers and missing other drills)
3) Providing / volunteering additional support for players and coaches (ie: equipment removal etc)
4) Winning designated competitions
5) Completing Homework Assignments
