Rancho Baseball 

A winter pre-tryout baseball camp

Who:               8 to 12 year olds

When:             January 12^th and 19^th,  10:00 am to 1:00 pm                                                                         

Where:            Rancho Cotate High School Varsity Field

Cost:                $20 Each session, (Make checks payable to Rohnert Park Baseball)

                        Because of the unsettled weather in January, please pay for only 1 session at a time

Equipment requirements:  Glove, bat, helmet, cleats, (tennis shoes if we have to be on the blacktop), baseball pants, catchers gear (optional), jackets or sweatshirts

The Rancho Cotate baseball program and Rohnert Park Baseball are holding this camp to prepare players for the January tryouts. Too often players are not conditioned or prepared to do their best at tryouts, which could affect their selection.

We will provide all players with both offensive and defensive fundamentals to help increase each player's skill level. We intend to cover hitting, pitching, catching, infield and outfield.

Thursdays Advanced 11yrs. and up High School

or Travel Ball experience necessary

6:00-7:30pm

$15 per session

Workouts will include a few of the following

Plyometric Training, Agilities, Pitching

Hitting, Fielding, Base Running
Catching, Chalk Talk
Make sure to bring cleats and running shoes, glove, bat, batting gloves, helmet, and a sweatshirt and/or jacket
