2009 Cheer Camp A Success!
Cheerleading Camp participants will receive instruction in the areas of tumbling, stunting, technique, cheers and chants as well as a short dance instruction from certified professional coaches.
Cheerleading Camp and Tryouts will be held at the following location:
Sport Zone home of the GA Heat Allstars
(Located in the Shenandoah Industrial Park area just off of Herring Road)

2009 Football Camp A Success!
Participants will review basic fundamentals of football and receive instruction on proper stance and formation, blocking, ball carrying and catching techniques, footwork drills and taught proper warm up and loosening exercises from certified professional coaches.
Football Camp will be held at the following location:
