    The following are to be followed for the season in the U-13 U-18 age groups

    - UISA Game durations are Incorrect on back of UISA game sheet. Correct game durations are available on UISA web site (see below)

    - A Official line-up and Misconduct forms are to be used for all games from u-13 to u-18 in the Upper Island League from the start of the season including Cup games. Only ONE form per game (home team to supply ). please make sure form is filled out completely before accepting. Make sure you complete form including score before giving copy to each team at the end of game..

    - ID Cards should be used from start of season for players and Team officials. After Oct 1st of the current season All Players and Team Officials MUST present an current picture ID card at every game, if they DO NOT have an ID card they can still play but it must be noted on UISA Line-up form. This applies to league games only

    - Please make sure that there is a Team official on the bench,of the same sex as the players on the team

    - If 2 different age groups play then the game duration is of the higher age group, unless both coaches come to you and tell of the duration that has been decided

    - Please make sure all reports that are hand written are legible

    - Any Misconduct must be filled out on bottom of UISA form with appropriate codes from back of form, Not a check or an X. If any RED cards are issued a separate Send Off form must be filled out and forwarded with line-up form to Kevin Cowie (info below). When filling out Send Off reports please give as much information as possible,Use a second piece of paper if necessary. DO NOT KEEP THE ID CARDS

    - You can also fill out a Red card report on line at the UISA website www.leaguelineup.com/uisoccer then click on Referees on the left hand side. Also in that section there is a game report that should be sent if there is something that we UISA need to know about, IE coach, team or spectator misconduct, game cancelled by Ref at game time or during game, no show by one or both teams, field or safety issue, ID cards not produced

    - Forms with Misconduct or Information in misconduct area MUST be forwarded within 24 hrs. To Kevin Cowie (info below) , Forms without Misconduct must be forwarded every 2 weeks. A list will be sent to the club referee scheduler monthly, as to who has sent in the forms, Clubs may hold back fees until forms turned in.

    - Teams and spectators will be on opposite sides of the field for all games. Team officials have been asked to help enforce this. Fields will have technical areas and spectator lines. If not, make note of in misconduct part of form. Team Officials must control technical area


    - League games do not have to have a winner.

    The new Laws of the Games for 2008-2009are available for pick up from the BC Soccer office located at Suite 510-375 Water St, Vancouver.
