Eastern Collegiate Baseball League
Player Agreement
On this day of ________________,2009/2010 the Eastern Collegiate Baseball League and_____________________,
A player age 18 years of age and not older than 22 years old before 4/30/10, have reached an agreement which memorialized by this instrument, whereby said player has made a commitment to play within the organization in the Collegiate Division of the Eastern Collegiate Baseball League (ECBL) In New York state for the 2009 season for the Utica Brewers.
By acknowledging this agreement with signatures below the player and the Eastern Collegiate Baseball League understand that the player is bound this agreement and may not participate in any capacity with or for another baseball organization during the summer of 2010 as stated in the constitutions of the ECBL for any reason whatsoever.
The Eastern Collegiate Baseball league is bound by the aforementioned league constitutions and does not possess the right to release or otherwise allow the player executing this agreement to play for another team once this agreement has been fully executed. Any player who choose's to do so will forfit his right to any refund.
A Deposit of $100.00 Non Refundable is due at the signing of this agreement no later than 1/23/10.
The balance to be paid in full by March 1st 2010. A refund of the balance will only be given to the player who chooses to go to another league with notice of 45 DAYES TO THE START OF THE ECBL SEASON. Season Start Date 5/25/10 The $100.00 Deposit will not be REFUNDED.

All players will receive:
Team Jersey (Return)
Team Pants (Return)
Socks
Belt (Return)
Team Hat
2 Workout Tees
1 Workout Short
2 Akadema Ash Bats ( Possession Players ONLY )
Players are responsible for returning all uniform items as listed above at the end of the season or will be responsible for full value of the items of $100.00
* All Players are exspected to finish the entire season threw the ECBL Playoffs Regionals and or World Series end of season date would be 8/15/10 if the brewers go to the World Series.
No refunds will be given for any reasons unless granted by the general manager and President.
