SANCTION YOUR TEAM FOR 2015   Select "Team Sanction Form"        
Before making payment, all teams must sanction their team on the Team Sanction Page at www.playbpa.com
All teams that participate in Game 7 / BPA tournaments must be sanctioned with BPA for the current season.
Any BPA sanctioned team may participate in Qualifiers, NIT, State or Regional Tournaments,
but Must Qualify to Participate in the BPA World Series.
After your team applies for a sanction number online by filling out and submitting the form, you will receive
payment instructions at the BOTTOM of the screen.  Once the office receives your payment by either
a MAILED IN or by charge, their office will "APPROVE" your sanction.
You will then receive your current season Sanction number via e-mail.
You can then use your sanction number to purchase team insurance, enter BPA Tournaments online,
and enter your roster online.
