Next Level Football Speed Training

FOOTBALL SKILLS & SPEED CAMP INFO:

NEXT LEVEL CAMPS features former and current players and coaches instructing the game of football and speed fundamentals with an emphasis on development, skill advancement, teamwork, competition, and sportsmanship. Activities include group demonstrations, individual skills, and team competition. 

FOOTBALL DIRECTOR: Clay Jackson
Coach Jackson and his staff collectively have over 40 years of High School, Youth Football, and Semi-Pro coaching experience. 

CAMP STAFF: Consist of current and former Players and Coaches

LUNCH/SNACKS: Bring a bag lunch. Snacks (such a fruits; nuts, and energy bars), and drinks (water and gatorade) will be available.

DRESS: T-Shirt Provided! Please wear appropriate athletic shorts and football cleats each day

TENTATIVE FOOTBALL CAMP SCHEDULE - 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM
8:45 ? 9:00: Parent Drop Off
9:00 ? 9:15: Motivational Talk
9:15 ? 9:30: Warm Ups
9:30 ? 10:30: Offensive Skills
10:30 ? 11:30: Defensive Skills
11:30 ? 12:00: Lunch/Snack
12:00 ? 1:00: Speed Skills
1:00 ? 2:00: Games
2:00 ? 2:30: Parent Pick Up

SPEED CAMP CURRICULUM - 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Speed Camp focuses on improving speed, quickness, strength, and explosiveness. Our two-day curriculum also includes sessions about nutrition, hydration, stretching, injury prevention, and academic performance.

CAMP #2: August 11-12
