NH Thunder offers a cross country program for Strafford youth.

 

During the Cross Country season, kids will participate in running games such as scavenger hunts, relay races, and obstacle courses, while learning the fun of running on the trails, being active and making healthy choices.  Participants will also compete in cross country meets.

 

Practices are usually held on Wednesdays from 5:30-6:30pm at Coe-Brown Northwood Academy.

 

The season typically begins on the Wednesday after Labor Day and runs until mid-October.
