Facilitated by the Old Bridge SWS Rebels Coaching Staff

Teaching children the fundamental skills of Football and Cheer, while promoting Fun, Sportsmanship and Self Confidence.

There will be NO CONTACT (agile bags will be used).  Instruction will be given to the children on techniques and skills.  Children will be grouped by age/grade.  Circuit drill sessions will provide each child with an opportunity to have fun & learn the basics.  Our coaching staff will provide encouragement as children learn fundamental skills such as blocking, tackling, passing, catching, running, pursuit, speed and agility.
