What is a prospectus? A prospectus can be a document used to help prospective users or clients understand what will be occuring over the course of some event. In our case, it's the 2012 spring season.
The informamtion below will help parents prepare for the season.

Parent Pledge - complete the Parent Pledge located under "online forms". This is mandatory.
Field rules - please abide by all field rules. See "Field Rules" under the "Handouts" section of our website.
Volunteering - LOUYAA Baseball operates via 100% volunteer efforts. In 2011 we are looking to add several new volunteers to support the Spring and Fall Baseball seasons.
Concessions - Fields K1 and K2 will continue to volunteer for concessions. Your coach or team mom will provide a schedule for your team. It is REQUIRED that one parent from each team volunteer their time to the concession trailer during their scheduled game. There must be at least (2) parents in the concession at all times. All K1 and K2 Teams and Parents must participate in support of Concessions.
Hit A Thon - We will need volunteers to help with our fundraiser, to help keep things moving and organized.
Practice shirt - we highly encourage the purchasing of the LUYAA Baseball Club practice shirt located on our website under "Apparel"

Pledge and application - complete the LOUYAA background check at www.luyaa.org, as well as the coach's application at www.leaguelineup.com\LOUYAA under "Online Forms". This is mandatory.
Coaches clinic - attend the TO BE SCHEDULED Coach's Clinic. See website calendar for details.
Coaches meeting - Coaches will get - equipment, raf tx to distribute to team, coaches guide. Coaches will need to bring - an UNDATED equipment check made out to LOUYAA baseball for $225, draft sheets from "coaches corner", shed and container keys
Cal Ripken certificate - All Head coaches must complete the Cal Ripken certificate. This is a one time certificate. LOUYAA will reimburse all HEAD Coaches for this certification. Go to http://www.baberuthcoaching.org and click "Coaches" under "Quick Links". Create a New Account. Purchase the "Coaching Youth Baseball", complete the course, and email the ceretificate to the Volunteer coordinator.

Want to make some extra cash this spring? Be an umpire for our Instructional, Minors and Majors divisions. Complete the application on our website under "Online Forms"

$25 per game, 2 umps per game for umps under 18 yrs of age. One ump per game, $50.

Hats, sweatshirts, pullovers, practice shirts, mom appareral. All on website. Direct shipping. We encourage the purchase of the "practice shirt".
Concessions open on Saturday game times only, and special events.
K1 and K2 games supply volunteers; one per team AND at least 2 adults at all times.
