REGISTRATION DATES AND TIMES FOR 2010 NOT YET SET
BUT HERE'S WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW TO BE PREPARED:
Parent or guardian may register players. Please bring a birth certificate & two items to prove availablity (utility bill, address on check, cable TV bill, etc), no exceptions. If mailing or dropping off registration, please photocopy these - originals will not be returned.
Print the 3 forms: Registration, Medical & Parent Agreement forms, from the "Handouts / Forms" menu. Complete firms and bring them with you to registeration.
