All Board Members and Volunteer Staff MUST be background screened each year. The procedure for background screening has changed. Please see the NEW procedure for screening below.
All Volunteers are to do the following:
1. Please log onto www.JCSD.us clicking on the hyperlink JCSD logo above.
2. Click on to PARKS link
3. Click on to VOLUNTEER ONLINE APPLICATION
4. Follow steps to complete application
5. IMPORTANT – Please print the application and the confirmation
6. Turn your application into Shonee Stokes and $20.00 Fee (IN CASH) stapled to your application and confirmation.
It is imperative that all Board Members and Staff that have not been screened in 2009 proceed with screening ASAP. You will not be allowed on the field or to be involved with PRE SEASON CONDITIONING or our REGULAR SEASON without a badge.
