There will be a meeting for the parents of all players interested in the Hamlin Park travel baseball program, ages 8U-11U on Tuesday December 1, 2009 at 7:00pm. The meeting will take place at Hamlin Park and last for about an hour.
The purpose of the meeting is to introduce families to the travel program, allow them to meet the coaches at each level, and hear what the expectations are for travel players. Specifically, we will discuss the tryout process and player preparation, fundraising requirements and provide a general overview of what the season will look like at each level.
There will be a separate meeting for parents of players eligible for the 12U team (Click for details).
Travel baseball is a commitment and this meeting will allow each family to ask questions and evaluate interest. Hope to see you there.
