Team forming in August/September. Call us for more information.
Young people with special needs are often looked at differently. Too often people see what they cannot do instead of what they can. There aren't many opportunities for them to participate in sports and social activities. HVA is changing that! EXTREME DANGER will be the 1st special needs team on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. What a great opportunity for them to be a part of something exciting! Do you know a special needs athlete who would like to join us?
"I have 2 special needs kids who cheered with High Voltage All Stars on their Special Needs Team, Extreme Danger, this past season ( 2011-2012). I was leery about signing them up because I did not want them to be shunned or treated differently. My daughters were welcomed from the start with open arms and never once were they made to feel different. They were imediately part of the High Voltage family, as was I. My girls are very socially awkward and have grown in that area since joining High Voltage. My one daughter has some motor delays and did her very first ever somersault with this group along with some other stunts that I would never think she could do. Watching the team perform is beyond amazing and will bring a tear to your eye from sheer happiness and joy. I was also the Team mom this past season and all of the kids made me so proud. I am glad I went against my initial feelings and I am happy to be able to bring my girls back for yet another season, with our new found family."

"The reason why I’m loving this High Voltage All Stars and the HVA family is cause the people are great and they are very respectful. I love how everybody gets together and helps people out when something doesn’t go right and they are right there to help when we make a mistake. I would like to shout out to our Coach Edgar. He is the best thing we could ever have. I’m glad to have him as our coach cause he makes sure everything is right and he wants us to make our team stronger. He always makes sure that we are right with our positions. I have always wanna to do cheerleading since I was little and even when I was in High School but I never go a chance to do it. Now I have finally made up my mind that this is what I always wanna do and to be part of cheerleading. Ever since I saw cheerleading on TV and I saw how hard they work I was like wow, if they can do it, I know I can do it. One thing I like have HVA cheerleading is they make you feel that you are part of the family and they always smile everyday no matter how hard it gets casue we know we can do it. I’m happy to be in the HVA family. They make me feel so joyful. I’m very excited and I really love my HVA family. The are the best ever. The HVA family is the light of my heart. "
