Adam Beer(number 7)
Stylish player, Who joined us mid way thru the first season in the AK united days. Would of been a great asset to the team, but a nasty injury got his playing time down. Had to leave the country for personal reasons.
Darryl Warren (number 19)
Our newfoundland link always played well at right back. A knee injury in a game against Cheongju stopped his playing for quite a while. However Darryl still loves to be a part of the loko social team and attends quite a few of our games.
Azza(number 16)
What can you say about the big man that hasn't been said before. A loko original part of our intial giant centre back pairing in the AK United days and our first ever gaffer. Was always there when loko needed him, and despite living in the arse-end of Korea now, we expect to see him shoutin, smokin and drinkin at a few of our game this season.
Jeff Underwood (number 2)
Jeff was Lokos Mr reliable! Jeff was always there to play at left back or to run the social side of things. Also an original from right back to the first game. With the exception of the skipper nobody has been at more ak united/loko games then Jeff.
Mike Pak(number 22)
The long silky haired Hawiian at last brought someone who was willing and able to play left back as well as Jeff. Although injuries caught up with him at the end of the season, he played superbly in some of his games and won the lokos most impoved award for the Autumn season 2004.
Richard Edwards
What can you say about Ed that hasn't been said before. Right hand man for Kieran in the clubs first 3 season and the man in charge for our one and only season in the first season. He was a great keeper and a very good centre back. Always reliable and always brought so much to the team, will be sorely missed.
Dom Lambert
Dom was always there and reliable when needed. Well known for his dislike of heading, Dom is in the top 10 appearances and was one of the few players to be there from the start.
Sean
The big burly morrocan was one of our first African players. He always worked hard for the team and contributed some very good goals too.
Bobby Wheeler
Bobby is the both the finest goalscorer and the blondest (strawberry blonde) player ever to play for LOKO. Could always be relied to put the ball in the back of the net and say something funny(not deliberately though). Yet to be replaced for Loko and has been missed.
Ikye Ngozika
Ikye was one of the most skillful players to have played for Loko. He was able to go around players like they weren't there. His diving header against butlers was amazing. With a bit of luck will return to Loko sometime in the future.
Mounir Alami(number 11)
The first Morrocan to play for Loko and always the best. Mounir was there on the first day AK played in the league. Every game he gave everything he had. Apart from the skipper he has played more games than anyone(so far). He was the 3 time midfielder of the year winner. The team has sorely missed him and wish him a happy life in Canada.
OH yeah he loved sand too.
Ross Curran(number 4)
Mr Seeyalater had a great few seasons with Loko. Was a big part of the team that got promoted and stayed with the team through the dark days. The only person on the team who could really take a free kick for quite a few seasons now. His non stop running and presence in midfield is missed. Left Korea to start a new life in Luxembourg of all places.
Vive le Loko.
Mike Clayton
A great man who by accident became the loko keeper. Always did his best and pulled off some great saves. Lover of taches and a good man to have on your team.
Paul "Raul" Delph
Paul was one of the originals. He had Loko in his blood as much as anyone ever had or possibly ever will. Quality finisher(in his own net) and a player who gave 100% down the right. His enthusiasm is sorely missed on the team.
Carl Weger
Man mountain who despite his ability turned out to be a quality Loko player. Carl was never going to beat 3 or 4 men and put the ball in the top corner. However in a battle there are few others you would want on your side. A big man(who got bigger in Korea), he was deceptively fast and if you told him to mark a man that guy was in for a long day. The social side of team sorely misses him after home game. Hopefully will be back someday.
Maldini
Maldini was as much a worry for defenders as he was for the ladies on the sideline. Unpredictable is the best way to describe him. No-one ever knew what he was going to do. He was a big part of the first Loko promotion team. Recently shaved his head.
Matt Adam
Despite secretly hoping Matt will one day pull on the red and white again its time to but him into the old boys(he is over 30 you know). Matt joined from our country bumpkin friends down south. Their loss was our game, he was a great addition both on and off the pitch. Capable of scoring a goal, making an assist and tackling back. Despite what a certain insane ruski thinks Matt was always a class act for Loko.
