Refund and Cancellation Policy

For all events, the policy will be as follows:
1. If a team withdraws for any reason less than three weeks from the event date, no refund will be given. If a team withdraws more than 3 weeks prior to the tournament start date for any reason, the entry fee paid, less a $75 administration fee, will be refunded.
2. If a team plays zero (0) games because the event is cancelled due to rain or other unforeseen circumstances, the entry fee paid, less a $75 administration fee, will be refunded.
3. A team that is not permitted to play due to not completing the requirements necessary to play, such as proof of insurance, waivers or disclosure statements or rosters not turned in, etc. will receive no refund. It is your responsibility to make sure all of your paperwork is in order.
4. If a team starts or plays one (1) game in the event and the event is cancelled due to rain or other unforeseen circumstances, a refund of 50% of entry fee will be given.
5. If a team starts or plays two (2) games in the event and the event is cancelled due to rain or other unforeseen circumstances, no refund will be given.
6. While we make every effort to try to accomodate teams scheduling wishes, tournament games can be scheduled to begin at any time between the hours of 8AM and 8PM. By entering our tournament, you are agreeing to play at any time you are scheduled to play. Any team that pulls out of a tournament because they cannot make scheduled game times forfeits their entire registration fee. If a team pulls out leaving less than 4 teams and the tournament cannot be played because of the pullout, only the teams remaining will receive a full refund. The team or teams pulling out forfeits their entire registration fee and will be banned from all future TNT tournaments.
