THE WORKBOND/UNIFORM DEPOSIT CHECK FOR $150 IS DUE BEFORE UNIFORMS/EQUIPMENT WILL BE ISSUED. PLEASE BRING A CHECK MADE OUT TO MYFCA DATED 11/1/2009 WHEN YOU PICK UP UNIFORM.
MYFCA needs many jobs to be completed each season. Because we are a non-profit organization, we count on our families to volunteer time so that we can continue to provide a great football and cheerleading experience to the kids. The workbond is in place to ensure that we have the needed staffing for games and runing the season. Each family is required to provide 5 hours of volunteer time to MYFCA (per participant) throughout the season.
Your deposit check will not be cashed unless you have not completed your volunteer hours and returned your equipment/uniform by the end of the season. The check will be returned to you at the end of the season if you have performed your 5 hours of volunteer service to the organization and you have returned all of your equipment/uniform.(remember, uniforms/equipment must be taken care of and returned in good condition-with only ordinary wear).
Typical workbond assignments include, but are not limited to the following:
o Coaching/Assistant Coaching
o Team Commissioner duties
o Concession
o Front Gate
o 50:50 lottery
o chain gang
o event clean up
o competition volunteer
o banquet/YE event volunteer
o equipment/uniform volunteer
To fulfill your workbond requirement you must:
o arrive 10 minutes prior to your assigned activity timeslot
o sign in at attendance schedule
o perform and complete the task as directed
