Never: stunt without spotters !!!

Never:Do a new stunt without everyone knowingexactly what your doing !!!

Listen to your coaches and trainers, or someone could get hurt !!!

Practice, Practice, Practice, Confidence, Confidence, Confidence!!!!

Know everyone in your stunt group as much as possible !!!

 Stunt 01

FLYERS:  Keep tight, find your balance (if you loose it, the base will loose it steadiness), don't look down, ride it, show your attitude in the air, respect your bases, don't open to soon, and caught your bases and they will caught you. Don't blame anyone if it goes bad, you must work together. Re load or keep going don't stop!

 Stunt 02

Base or Bases: Keep a tight grip on the flyer, know what the flyer is going to do, keep eye contact, try to give the flyer as much steadiness as possible, pop with all you've got, NEVER let the flyer hit the ground. When working as a group, respect the other bases, work together, communicate even if it is just with a look or a nod and catch the flyer. Don't blame anyone if it goes bad, just do it again (reload) if you have time or keep on going!!!

On a Single Base Stunt: you are the only thing the flyer has to rely on, know your flyer, you have to predict, and you are that flyers lifeline. Try to maintain steadiness so the flyer can maintain balance.
 Stunt 03

Back Spotter: Help on all pops. Hold flyers ankle, keep a tight grip, keep eye contact with the flyer, and know what the flyer is going to do. Always know when the bases are popping. Catch flyer under the arms and never let the flyer hit the ground. . Don't blame anyone if it goes bad, just do it again (reload) if you have time or keep on going!!!

On a single base stunt, the spotter takes a different roll, the spotter is there for safety, if the stunt goes bad they are there to help the base make sure the flyer is safe and does not get hurt.
