The Queens Red Sox Baseball Organization.
Queens Red Sox Baseball Club is an organization for players ages 18 and over that provides a safe haven to young males that have a desire and ability to play the game of baseball every weekend during the months of April to October.
Queens Red Sox Baseball Team started in winter of 2003 and played the 2004 season in the RBI La Milagrosa League posting a (7-15 record).
In 2006 season the team return but to join the NYC Metro Baseball League (NYCMBL) and made they first playoffs appearance posting a (19-15 record) regular season record winning the Wild Card spot in they division. The Queens Red Sox made thru the Conference finals by winning in a best of 3 games series Vs the Midnight Express 2 out of 3 games, before losing to the Gotham A’s also in a best of 3 games series, Red Sox came with 1 win away from advancing to the Championship Series losing game 3 (8-5). Queens Red Sox Manager was named to the 2006 All-Star game due to best record by the All-Star break.
In 2007 the Queens Red Sox won the 2007 Division Title posting a (22-11) record and earning a BYE in the Wild Card Round in the Playoffs then swept the Skyscrapers in the Division Series and advanced once again to the Conference Finals before losing to the Latin Flavors. We will also like to thanks for the support from Red Bull Mobile Energy Drink, Mao Shipping, Chiqui's Unisex Barbershop, Spitz Sunflowers Seed and AC Cleaners.
In 2008, the Queens Red Sox who played in the NYCMBL AA Division made its 3rd straight year with a playoffs apperance with the #4 seed (13-15-2) before losing in the first-round in a best of 3 games series. We would like to thanks everyone that was a part of the team and helped thur out the season.

Red Sox WINS BRONX DIVISION WITH A 22-11 record.
The Queens Red Sox wins the 2007 Bronx Division with a 22-11 record and gets a bye in the first-round of the playoffs.
The 2007 Red Sox wins the Division title with 4 great starting pitcher's from Zamil Fernandez (4-3), Jonathan Gomez (7-2) with a save, Ryan Voerg (5-2) and Cesar Gomez (3-3) meaning 19 out of the 22 wins came from the starting pitchers. Jonathan Gomez after starting the year 0-2 has won 7 straight starts and earn the Sox only save this season as well lead the pitching staff with 76 K's.
The Red Sox offense ended the season with a .320 avg hitting 9 hr's, Carlos Big Papi Mendez hitting 7 (3 Grand Slam's) which leaded the NYCMBL.
Red Sox had 52 doubles (Zamil Fernandez with 10), 216 rbi's (Carlos Mendez 41), 243 runs scored (Joel Montas with 31), 84 stolen bases (Mercedes with 21) as well 7 players hit over .300 avg, leading the pack Carlos Mendez .471 avg following him was Zamil Fernandez with a .425 avg.
First year Red Sox's outfielders Lee Devore and Albert Rivero combine to collect 41 hits with 7 doubles, 34 rbi's, 37 runs scored, 24 walks, and 14 stolen bases.
And first year pitchers Ryan Voerg and Cesar Gomez earned combined 8 wins collecting 86 K's in 75.1 innings.
