The St. Croix Ravens Baseball Club in Solon Springs are currently looking for local businesses to sponsor us for the
upcoming season. With the cost of tournament fees, wood bats, and
other expenses (umpires, concessions, tournament entry fees, etc.), sponsorships have become a
must for us.
Our squad is comprised of guys from Solon, Superior, Iron River, Lake Nebagamon, South Range, Barnes and Minong. We play in the Independent League based out of Haugen, WI this summer. The teams that we play come from all over northern WI. We take part in a tournament and Isanti, MN., in which we brought home the title in 2005. We also host a tournament that brings a lot of guests to town in August.
We are looking for $50 donations (anything more would be welcome, of course). ALL the proceeds from that donation will go toward team expenses. In return for your generosity, we will put an advertisement for your business in our program and on our web-site. Both ads will have whatever information you'd like to go with it (location, contact info., etc.) Your ad on our website would also include a direct link to your business' website from ours if you have one. The Wisconsin Amateur Baseball Association named our website "Wisconsin's top amateur baseball website" in 2006.
In addition, we will be introducing a new feature at games this year, mentioning sponsors between innings and during different gaps in the game over our public address system.

We are working on designating certain spots around town for post-game functions after home and even some away games. An example would be Friday night karaoke @ ________ following the game.
