The HOME TEAM is responsibile for the set up of the field.
The VISITING TEAM is responsible for the break down of the field.
ALL FIELDS can use the Tractor for field prep, just be quick so all have time.
FIELD #1
1. Pull out tractor from under stadium.
2. Get fence and foul pole from shed.
3. Get spray chalker from under stadium.
4. Get batter's box template.
5. Turn on scoreboard. switch in score keepers booth, back left corner
6. Get bases under stadium on cart
7. Get home plate pad from scorekeepers booth and attach to fence behind home plate.
8. Drag field.
9. Lightly water field
10. Rake mound.
11. Return tractor to the stadium.
12. Trash bags in each dugout and trash cans at all stairs to stadium.
FIELDS 2-4
1. Get Tractor and drag screen for appropriate field.
2. Locate correct bases on carriers
3. Get a chalker. Make sure it has chalk. Chalk bags are on both sides of bin.
4. Get batter's box template.
5. Locate Hose and water box connector
6. Drag field. DO NOT DRAG THE GRASS
7. Lightly water field
8. Rake mound.
9. Return chalker to Bin or other field that needs it.
10. Trash bags in each dugout. Available in the snack bar
NO TRASH LEFT IN THE DUGOUT OR ON THE FIELDS
