The Academy Program
The Warrington Soccer club's Academy program is designed to provide Player Deveopment in Technical training, Individual skills and Ball Mastery for our current players.  Each Academy year builds upon the club's age based development curriculum.  
Intramural Academies
The Intramural age group academies are pre-season technical skill development academies which are open to all registered players in that age group.  The sessions focus on the primary technical skills necessary to becoming a complete soccer player.  

- Dribbling
- Passing
- Receiving
- Finishing / Shooting

Professional Training provided by USSF “A” License Coach and Staff.
Age appropriate technique for the development of youth players. 
 
These Academy sessions are designed to provide coaches the opportunity to watch ball mastery and curriculum training objectives demonstarted by the Staff coach and then apply them to their team.  
 
The sessions take place in August prior to the start of the fall season

Indoor training -  Two sessions per month

Limited to invited players (space limitations)

 

Spring Outdoor Program: 2012

Time - 6:15pm - 7:30pm

Open to all registered club players

 

U-8 Pre-Travel Academy

Player Benefit:
 

Professional Training provided by USSF “A” License Coach 

Individual Ball Discovery, Mastery and Moves with little or no pressure 

Small-Sided Games (1 v 1; 2 v 1; 2 v 2 & 3 v 3 )

Transition teaching (offense to defense, defense to offense)

Thought process (tactics) developed by playing and experiencing the game

Player passion created by having fun while learning

Fall In-House league
