REGISTRATION ANNOUNCMENTRegistration Change - in order to take advantage of technology and minimize costs whenever possible; we are asking you to provide and maintain a current email address with us. Please update your email address on this years 2009 registration form and email our
Webmaster (wpllweb@comcast.net) of any changes, List both new and old address so we can update appropriately.
Beginning in 2010 we will be providing registration forms and communications via the web emails (if an email has been provided).
We will also be adding these registration forms on our website in early January 2009 for download & printing.
Privacy Policy; we do not sale, loan, or rent our email list completely or any part there of.
Your information is only accessible by our website administrators exclusively. Feel free to report any misuse, abuse or undesired mailings you feel have come through our website.
We do however offer our web sponsors the ability to occasionally distribute coupons or advertisments distributed through the email database. These emails are processed by us and we will ensure no one floods anyone with spam mail. Please be sure to mark our site a safe site for emails.
Criminal Check instructions and forms for 2009 are online. See our handouts to download and complete these. Please note that the requirement for managers and coaches is the same as last year, but that umpires are now required to renew their criminal record check yearly before umpiring their first game of the season.

Just added; Google Maps now added to our playing fields. Just click on a venue and the google map will auto-load providing visual map and link for driving directions.
Plans for the 2009 seasons;
Joe distributed the Golf scramble information and flyer that Doug created. The Golf outing is scheduled for Saturday, October 3, 2009 and the cost is $80.00 per player and $320.00 per team.
Rebecca Taylor and Kim McDunna (as part of their senior project) will coordinate the Challenger Series program for the spring 2009 season. This program is for students with disabilities and will be playing a minimum of 2 innings per player with the assistance of a volunteer. They notified Clairview School and received positive feedback. Other students with disabilities will also be able to play. Volunteers are needed and if you have any questions, please contact Gary Taylor.

We have additional Boy Scouts completing thier Eagle Scout projects at the complex.
Ian Steele will be completing improvements to the dugouts located at the Boys Rookie field.
