Margie currently is the Kean University head softball coach.  She gives private lessons -- hitting and slapping instruction -- in Flemington at the Flemington Baseball and Softball Academy. 

Entering her 16th season as head coach, the Cougars have been competetive in the NJAC and the region, making three appearances in the last five NCAA Division III tournaments.  In 2006 and 2007 the Cougars posted non-losing seasons, and in 2008 had a 30 win season.  In 2010 they recorded the second most wins in a single season (32) in school history.  That same year, they came within one game of winning the World Series.

Prior to coaching at Kean, Margie was a leading player at Trenton State, and a part of the coaching staffs at Muehlenburg and Rider Universities.
