BASEBALL U CT 2019 SUMMER September 1st, 2018 INDOOR TRYOUT:

Baseball U CT's FREE EARLY 2018 TEAM TRYOUTS WILL TAKE PLACE ON SATURDAY September 1st, 2018! Tryouts will begin at 8am.

Details:

Date: 9/1/18 (Saturday)

Place: Break Out Athlete

Time: 8:00am-12:00pm: (Please see specific times for graduation years below)

All Players will recieve an email confirmation one week prior to the tryout confirming your participation.

Our freshmen and 8th grade player workout (2022/2023) will take place first at 8:00am sharp. Players should arrive by 7:30am to sign in. This workout will conclude at 9:30am

Our sophomores and junior player workout (2020 & 2021) will take place 10:00am. Players should arrive by 9:30am to sign in. This workout will conclude by 11:30am.

All players should wear:

Baseball pants, a baseball hat, a shirt or jersey. (All players will receive a numbered tryout jersey to wear for the day. This will help our staff identify players ).

All players should bring the following to the tryout:

Wooden bats, metal bats, gloves, turf cleats or sneakers.
Catchers should bring their own catching gear.
Water or sports drink.
A signed wavier form (by a parent or guardian) from the Basebballunewengland.com web site. (no wavier, no tryout)

Details:

Date: 10/1/16 (Saturday)

Place: University of Hartford Fiondella Field

Time: 7:00am-1:00pm: (Please see specific times for graduation years below)

Our freshmen and 8th grade player workout (2020/2021) will take place first at 7:00am sharp. Players should arrive by 6:30am to sign in. This workout will conclude at 8:30am

Our sophomores and junior player workout (2018 & 2019) will take place 9:00am. Players should arrive by 8:30am to sign in. This workout will conclude by 11:00am.

Certain players will be asked to remain to participate in an instructional scrimmage at 11:30pm. This instructional scrimmage should end by 1pm.

All players should wear:

Baseball pants, a baseball hat, a shirt or jersey. (All players will receive a numbered tryout jersey to wear for the day. This will help our staff identify players ).

All players should bring the following to the tryout:

Wooden bats, metal bats, gloves, turf cleats as well as spiked cleats.
Catchers should bring their own catching gear.
A small snack in-case you're asked to participate in our organizational scrimmage.
Water or sports drink.

What to do to register:

Interested players should fill out a player profile (from this web site) to register for the one day tryout.
Print a wavier form, complete it, and bring it with you signed, the day of the tryout.
Players will be selected based on their current ability and projectability.
