HYAL is once again offering a High School Basketball League

Open Gym - Registration and evaluation is scheduled for Tuesday April 12th 2016 at Raritan High School Main gym from 7:00 to 8:30.  You may print the form below and bring it with the $100 fee made out to HYAL.  Forms and fees can also be returned to RHS on Thursday April 14 from 7:00 to 8:00 - there will be no Open Gym on this night, it is strictly for registration returns.  It is not mandatory that you participate in the open gym to play in the league, but the registration and fee must be turned in by the April 14 at 8:00.

Qualification - In order to participate you must be currently in High School and be a resident of Hazlet.  Proof of residency may be required if you have not participated in an HYAL sport in the past.
