The tournament will be held as scheduled under the condition that the facility/field assigned to your age group is operational and primary access roads are open as decided by NY state roadway authorities.  In the event, that either of these conditions occur, the tournament will be partially or fully cancelled.  Teams will receive a refund less costs incurred by the tournament. Teams that voluntarily withdraw remain responsible for paying their entry fee.
