Seeking Concession Manager

Seeking a general manager that will run the show.  You must be honest, responsible, and a go-getter who will run this business as if it were your own.  It is an hourly-based Part-time position.  Experience in this industry is a must as well as an individual food license for consideration.

Duties include but are not limited to:


General management of employees, including scheduling, oversight, and payroll.  A to Z responsibility for food stand set-up, operation, and breakdown.  Ensuring that concession area, equipment and storage facilities are sanitary, neat and organized.  Monitor inventory movement, email correspondence and follow up paperwork.  Behind the scenes ordering, shopping, pick up, inventory, and spreadsheets.


We are looking for someone to take over our daily responsibilities, someone we can trust and have a good working relationship with and who will keep the business flourishing.
