FUNDRAISING EFFORTS
As most of you are aware, Billerica Pop Warner is one of the largest youth organizations in the nation. We are also proud to be one of the least expensive programs. This is made possible with the continued support of all the parents. We have several fundraisers planned to help keep our costs down. See below.

CASH CALENDARS
The calendar lottery is being offered for the entire month of September. We will accept cash calendar money through September. There is a total of $4,000.00 in cash prizes to be awarded. Everyone who purchases a calendar will have 30 chances to win as his/her name will be put back into the lottery. Winners' names will be drawn every Sunday in September for the previous week. Drawings will begin Sunday, September 6th. Winners will be notified by phone and winners' names will also be posted on our website. Arrangements will be made with Liana Colbert (our Treasurer) to distribute monies to the winners. If you wish to obtain additional calendars or if you have any questions, please contact Mary St. George.

BILLERICA POP WARNER 19TH ANNUAL GOLF TOURNAMENT
As our many volunteers prepare for the upcoming 2009 season, we need your help and support. On Friday, September 25th, 2009, we will be hosting our 19th annual golf tournament at the Billerica Country Club to raise funds for our program. Proceeds from this event will help fund the many activities for the children of Billerica Pop Warner (including uniforms, equipment, bus transportation, cheering competitions and football games).
We are hoping you will get involved by selecting one of the sponsorship options. We have four levels of sponsorships. Every sponsorship includes a tee box sign with your logo or personalized message. Sponsorship levels are listed on the Golf Tournament Brochure.
If you don't play golf, then bring your family and join us for an afternoon of lunch, raffles and fun after the golf tournament. The outing begins at 1:00pm at the Billerica Elks. The cost is $20.00 per person. Please fill out the attached form and return it with your check payable to Billerica Pop Warner. Please submit your form by Friday, September 18,2009.

ANNUAL PARENTS' DANCE
This year's Annual Parents' Dance will be held on Saturday, September 26, 2009 at the Billerica Elks located on Webb Brook Road. Doors open at 7:00pm. We will be featuring three comedians from the Comedy Connection and Giggles. There will be a DJ before and after the comedy show. We will be raffling off theme baskets donated from each team. There will be a sports memorabilia silent auction and a 50/50 raffle.
Tickets cost $10.00 each. If paying by check, please make check payable to Billerica Pop Warner. Table reservations for ten can be made in advance. There will be a cash bar and pot luck is recommended. Reserve your tables NOW. Contact Mary St. George at 978-663-9664 or email her at marycstg@aol.com
