10U Titans Win ASA B State Championship
The young Titans won the state championship by going 5-0 in the tournament outscoring their opponents 57-7. Great pitching, solid defense, and timely hitting ruled the weekend. The Titans defeated the Freedom Firebirds late Sunday night to win the championship and earned a berth to the ASA B Nationals in York, PA.

14U-94 Titans ASA State Championships - Runner Up
The 14U-1994 Titans completed a very successful 2009 Spring Season with an overall record of 27-10-1, which included ASA State Championships Runner-UP.

10U Titans Take 2nd in Louisville Slugger Rock ‘n’ Rumble
The Titans played in the Louisville Slugger Rock ‘n’ Rumble, a USSSA "Open/A" event on the weekend of May 30-31. They started the day with an 8-1 victory over the Freedom Firebirds. In the second game, the Titans took down the Hickory Lady Hornets 11-2. Game 3 matched the Titans against the Maryland Chill and the Titans held onto the lead - winning, 8-7. The young Titans were the tournament’s #2 seed going into Championship play. Overnight rain cancelled Sunday’s play and the Titans were awarded 2nd place & another berth to the USSSA World Series. Congratulations girls!

16U Titans Finish 2nd at Freedom; Earn ASA Nationals Berth
At the 16/18U level, the Titans finished pool play undefeated with two convincing wins. In game one, the Titans shut out the MVSA Inferno, 8-0 with Katie Reading pitching a complete game 7-inning shutout. In game two, the Titans defeated local rival, the Clarksburg Red Raiders, 11-1. Jackie Einstein picked up the win and Katie Reading notched the save. In the championship game, the #1 seeded Titans fell behind the HCYP Liberty Red 7-0 only to see their comeback attempt fall just short by losing 9-6 with the winning run at the plate. During the tournament the defense played outstanding with only 2 errors. Offensive stars included Devin Reinhold, Maddie Ulanow, Emily Choquette and Leanne Van Wie. The 16U Titans carried the momentum into the ASA State B Qualifier the following weekend by advancing to the semi-finals with two terrific last inning come from behind wins to earn a Nationals berth in Sterling, VA.

10U Titans Win Memorial Day Madness Silver Championship
The Titans played in the Memorial Day Madness, a PONY "A" national qualifier, on the weekend of May 23-25. The girls played six pool games Saturday & Sunday and ended up 3-3, placing them as the top seed in the Silver bracket. The Titans earned a hard fought victory in the semifinals 8-7 against the MD Chill. They followed that up with a sound 10-6 win over the Vienna Stars to capture the title. Congratulations girls! A great finish to a long weekend.

12U Titans Finish 3rd at Early Bird Invitational
The 12U Titans (a.k.a. the comeback kids) had a great showing at the Early Bird Invitational Tournament. No lead is ever safe with this group. In the last inning of the quarterfinal's game, the comeback kids erased a 9-2 deficit and got the better of the Maryland Mavericks 12-11 in dramatic fashion. These kids earned their nickname just the day before when they came back from a 7-1 deficit and defeated an imposing Northern Calvert team (9-8) to earn the #1 seed in their bracket. Their only loss in the tournament was to the eventual champion Forestville Heat in the last inning (5-1) after a 1-1 tie for most of the game.

12Us Runner Up at Winfield Classic
The 12U Titans finished 2nd in the Winfield Classic Tournament. After 6 tournaments, the 12U had a fourth place finish, two third place finishes, and a second place finish.

10U Titans Win MD Stars Spring Sparkler Championship, Earn Berth to USSSA World Series in Orlando, FL The 10U Titans played in the MD Stars Spring Sparkler, a USSSA "Open/A" event on the weekend of May 16-17. They started the day with a 6-4 victory over the Frederick Heartbreakers. In the second game, the Titans took down the Front Royal Orange 10-4. Game 3 matched the Titans against the Mason Dixon Blaze and once again the Titans came out on top, 6-2. The young Titans were the tournament’s #1 seed going into Championship play. Thunderstorms & rain cancelled Sunday’s play and Titans were awarded the Championship. Great job girls! Keep up the good work!

Titans 14U (1995) Have Good Showing in Shortened Westminster Challenge
The Titans played in the Westminster Challenge, a USSSA "B" event on the weekend of May 2-3. Drawing the eventual Sunday #1 seed, the Titans played well but fell to Savage 4-1 in their opener. In game 2 of pool play, the Titans shocked the Lady Shockers by slaughter rule, 10-0 in four innings. With their bats still hot, the Titans made quick work of the Lutherville Nightmare in another slaughter rule affair, winning 12-0. The Titans were the 5th seed (out of 13) for Sunday but the rains came early and Sunday's games were cancelled.
