Spring 2009 Registration
The coaches can not take any registration materials.....
Registration will not happen if the registration forms and payment are not sent or given directly to the registrar.

Clearance Form A
Hingham High School Sports Clearance Form A. It must be completed and returned to HHS along with a recent physcial. This form provides HHS with parental permission for a student to participate in rowing.
**Is this needed if my child has already filled this form out and supplied the physical to HHS for a fall or winter sport this school year?
---If a student has provided this to the HHS Athletic Department for a fall or winter sport and included rowing on that form then it does not need to be done again.
---If a student has provided this to the HHS Athletic Department for a fall or winter sport and did not included rowing on that form then another form must be filled out and returned to the school.
